The hotel itself was unorganized, though it had amicable staff. Breakfast was good - lots of food and hot drinks. Found in a residential area close to many great restaurants and the centre and Tulum. Unique base for exploring Tulum...

The accommodation was remarkable, pool was nice, beds were big. Staff was hard-working and helped make our 3 days a special experience. It was reasonably priced, very good sized and freshly decorated room. The American breakfast had pastries, breads, yogurt and cheese, that's a plus. Magnificent beach was located near the venue.

the hotel was beautiful small, the decorations were unique. the room had a mini bar, a personal safe and pay television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Stores and a grocery store are near to the property. We had goodies and coffee at Cafe Hunab Ku, it was located right by the venue. Hotel staff are friendly. Room cost is MXN 30514.

Lovely base for a 5-night stay. Spent our time here greatly. We liked the private bathroom. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Again, the hotel was at a medium distance from Hernandez Gallery Tulum.
